Your Responsibilities
As our Mobile App Developer, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, business goals, and user needs, translating them into functional and visually appealing mobile applications
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile apps for various platforms, including iOS and Android, using leading programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or similar)
- Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, usability, and scalability
- Manage multiple mobile app development projects concurrently, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality digital products that meet project requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile app development, incorporating them into our products as appropriate
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for mobile applications, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team
- Provide constructive feedback and support to other mobile app developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our mobile app development processes, tools, and methodologies
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Mobile App Developer or a similar capacity with Startups or SMEs
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a relevant portfolio showcasing your work in mobile app development is required
- Solid knowledge of mobile app development principles, methodologies, and platforms, such as iOS, Android, Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or similar
- Strong understanding and experience for working on Flutter
- Experience with designing and developing mobile apps for various devices and platforms
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse team members and stakeholders
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
