Job Brief
We are looking for a Graphic Designer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining incredible standards of Designs and Creatives for GrowValley and our ventures’ products and services across Digital and Social channels. They work closely with product and business teams to build high-engagement, attractive, and dynamic creatives for digital and social.

Your Responsibilities
As our Graphic Designer, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, business goals, and brand identity, translating them into visually appealing and engaging design solutions.
- Create a wide range of design materials, including logos, social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and web graphics.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides and brand assets, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, incorporating them into our products as appropriate
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design materials that meet project requirements.
- Ensure the compatibility and consistency of design assets across various platforms and media
- Provide constructive feedback and support to other designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our design processes, tools, and methodologies
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar capacity with Startups or SMEs
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; a relevant portfolio showcasing your work in graphic design is required
- Solid knowledge of graphic design principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
- Experience with designing materials for print, web, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with design best practices, such as color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to diverse team members and stakeholders
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
